About Adobe’s Business Productivity Solutions Segment
Adobe’s solutions meet the needs of a diverse customer base that spans from consumer to enterprise. The focus of our Business Productivity Solutions segment is to provide solutions which meet the needs of enterprises and governments to improve their productivity, help automate business processes, improve collaboration and reduce time-to-market and costs.

Position Summary
The Acrobat Quality Engineering Team is looking for exceptional people that want to work in a creative, fun, and fast-paced environment as we evolve the industry leading Acrobat and Reader products.

The successful candidate will help plan, design and execute Adobe Acrobat’s test automation suites as well as enhancing existing scripts to help improve our product coverage. We're looking for a person with a passion for software quality with solid technical skills, and a proven ability to get things done.

The candidate will help build and validate the infrastructure of a scalable, distributed Acrobat automated test system. As a member of a focused team of engineering test professionals, the candidate will develop, enhance and maintain automated test frameworks for the Acrobat and Reader products.

Responsibilities
The candidate will be expected to work in Python and C++ languages. Experience working with Windows and Mac environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with development and Quality teams to develop effective automation strategies.

Requirements
• BS or MS in CS or equivalent degree
• 2+ years experience with application development: academic, personal or professional
• Capable of building robust, scalable and testable code
• Object oriented programming and design skills
• Experience with data structures and algorithms
• Ability to effectively use various IDEs and debugging environments such as Eclipse
• Highly motivated problem solver
• Knowledge of Windows and/ or Mac platforms
• Familiar with databases, and web programming
• Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and work independently
• Acrobat/Reader knowledge a plus
