Research Intern

We are looking for a semantic and ontology graduate students to conduct new research in semantic view development for heterogeneous systems. This position is a fixed term (3 months) position with a possible extension. Position is available immediately.

Job Description

Candidate will work on:
· Crawl internet data and extract metadata from datasets
· Analyze the content of metadata and make corrections if necessary
· Designing, developing, prototyping, testing a platform to show the analytics result

· Master degree or PhD degree student in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar field.
· Expertise in designing of ontology (RDF, OWL, OWL2), semantic view development, semantic tools.
· Expertise in designing SQL and NoSQL databases.
· Expertise in one of the programming languages: Python, C++, Java
· Ability to develop, prototype, test a semantic view for a variety of systems.
· Knowledge and experience in semantic web.
· Knowledge and experience of SPARQL is a plus.
· Knowledge and experience of relation extraction, natural language processing is a plus.
