Fall: Wednesday, October 11, 2017, 11:00am-4:00pm (Setup begins at 10:00am)
Winter: Wednesday, January 17, 2018, 11:00am-4:00pm (Setup begins at 10:00am)

Registration & Payments



$600 for one or $1000 for both career fairs. This goes to cover the costs for each participating company, which entitles you to one six foot table with a maximum of four representatives, shuttle services at the Galvez Field, break-time snacks and refreshments, and a box lunch for each representative.Payment may be made by credit card or check. Please make checks payable to Stanford University and mail to:

Registration will close on September 18, 2017 for the Fall Career Fair and January 2, 2018 for the Winter Career Fair. However, we expect to fill all the tables well in advance of the registration close date, so please register as soon as possible to assure your space.


On the Day



Please look for your table assignment.


Signs & Display

You may bring a sign and/or display that can accommodate a six foot table provided it does not interfere with adjacent tables or project into the area in front of the table. If your display spills over into another company table area, you may be asked to take it down.



You may bring a laptop, and/or other materials you wish to use or distribute to our students. Wireless access will be available in the tent. Downloading time may be slow in the tent so plan accordingly. Materials can be shipped to

and should arrive no earlier than September 30th for the fall career fair and January 6th for the winter career fair. For the Fall Career Fair, please label your boxes with "Career Fair - Oct 11".



The Computer Forum will provide a box lunch, break-time snacks and refreshments for your representatives.




We strongly recommend that your technical professionals attend as well as HR representatives. We have found that students are most receptive to interviewing with companies when they have the opportunity to meet engineers, computer scientists, and technical professionals.
