2014 Poster Sessions : Latency Comparison of Graph Databases Neo4j and TitanDB

Abstract:
While graph databases are growing in popularity due to high performance local traversals, little work has been done to benchmark these systems, particularly in the aspect of latency. This poster presents some initial findings for the latency performance of two popular graph databases, Neo4j and TitanDB.

Jonathan Ellithorpe is a PhD candidate advised by professor Mendel Rosenblum, interested in graph computation and low latency graph querying.
