JOB OFFER POLICY

To give students enough time to make an informed and thoughtful decision, please give students the following minimum deadlines when accepting an offer:

Fall quarter: November 15, or 2 weeks from written offer (whichever is later)

Winter or Spring quarters: 2 weeks from the written offer

Summer: If you would like to make an offer of a return internship or full-time employment to a student at the end of a summer internship, the student has until November 15, or 2 weeks from written offer (whichever is later)

Type of Offer

Timing for Student Decisons

2022 Full-Time and Summer Internship Offers received leading up to or during Fall On-Campus Recruitment 2021 and Winter, Spring, and Summer 2023

November 15, 2022, or 2 weeks after the student receives the offer in writing (whichever is later)

2023 Full-Time and Summer Internship Offers taking place during the academic year for Winter, Spring, and Summer quarter for 2023 employment

November 15, 2023, or 2 weeks after the student receives the offer in writing. (whichever is later)

Employers who do not follow these guidelines increase the risk of student renege on offers, negative brand implications in the student community, and are subject to face restrictions on future participation in Campus Recruiting at Stanford.
