As a quantitative researcher at Evergreen, you will be exposed to the exciting intersection of trading strategy development and technology systems architecture. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or another related, highly quantitative field
Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in C++ or familiarity with another similar non-scripting programming language like Java
Strong understanding of data structures, probability, and statistics
Intellectual aptitude and ability for tackling complex problems with rigorous analytics and mathematical models through code
Growth-oriented and collaborative mindset; enjoys working within a team
Passion for research and discovery

Other helpful, related experience

Past internship or job experience in a trading research or general software development role is a plus
Advanced coursework in algorithms, statistics and machine learning, network programming or compilers
