Job Description:
Research opportunity for working on organ allocation for web applications for improving organ allocation efficiency

Organ allocation in the US is suffering from a large number of inefficiencies in the system and we are discarding more that 25% of recovered kidneys from deceased donor.

This project  seeks to create tools and dashboards that will help different stakeholders (organ procurement organizations, transplant centers and patients) and tools for field experiments to help decisions and access information.

I am  looking for two  undergraduate or master students (phd can apply) for either one of these research tasks:
1.      Data analysis and enhancing and testing prediction models using stats/ML tools
2.      Building web application and/or apps in the context improving organ allocation [to help transplant centers and patients with decisions] 

This position is for the spring and preferable also summer and fall.
Skills: proficiency in python, data, and have good swe skills 
For 1 – experience with pandas, ML, algorithms, simulations is good
For 2 – fullstack experience is good
